S&S 100/110

Stage 4 is the step to turn your motorcycle into a cannon. Of course everything from the Stage 3 kit but now with Big Bore kit from S&S consisting of cylinders and pistons and the hot 585 EZ start camshaft from S&S.   

There are actually 2 kits, for the 1999 through 2006 models, and the 2007 and later Twin Cam. The kit is not there for the 2006 Dyna. I can put this kit together.  


The 1999 through 2006 TC is 100 ci , and the 2007 and later 110 ci This is because the stroke of the early Twin Cams is shorter than the later models.   

The kits are chain driven camshaft or sprockets each with its pros and cons. There are also various options with the paint of the cylinders that perfectly suits your Harley.  

  New valve cover gaskets and oil and oil filter. are included.  

The cost of Stage 4 is 5700 with existing  carburettor or  with injection and Diag4bike.

(including assembly and adjustment and dyno proof)


At the  carburettor  version has an adjustable ignition, this must be due to more compression.

I assume that there is already another muffler and air filter housing on it, otherwise I can also supply and install these.

This kit can also be combined with a Thundermax instead of Diag4Bike for 800 extra. (Recommended)

The kit can also be expanded with S&S heads for 1800 extra.  

Larger Throttle body, roller rockers, call for the possibilities........
